We have a simple four step process that ensures we achieve your goals.

Seasonal staffing fluctuations, contract dependency, inventory requirements, capital (cash) burn rate, freight turnaround needs and employee turnover are some of the important factors we need to know before creating a customized a facility strategy for you.
Exploration - Once you have defined the location and budgetary guidelines, our team will survey the market and present every property option that could work for you. Together, we will conduct site tours, and develop a short list of properties based on your preferences.
Negotiation - We create a competition for your tenancy among the short listed properties, identifying and comparing all costs associated with each site to ensure you are in a position to make the best business decision possible. All facility design work and construction estimates are compiled during this phase. Once all business points have been agreed to, we work with your legal representative to negotiate and review the lease document.
Completion - We create a timeline for occupancy that works with your schedule, finalize the lease/purchase document, manage all vendors associated with any tenant improvement work or relocation, and communicate with your leadership to ensure a smooth transition into your space.
